Santo Scinta

Santo Scinta, a Belgian drummer of Italian origin, is active on the Belgian and international scene. Trained at the Conservatoire royal de Bruxelles and the Conservatoire royal de Mons, he won first prize in jazz drumming. He is also a Roland artist and a Ludwig/Istanbul artist.

Passionate about rhythm and its study, he trained with Arnould Massart, first as a student, then as an assistant, before becoming a teacher himself. 

Among his many artistic projects, some of which are part of his major experience:

• Drummer for Alice On The Roof since its inception.

Appearances on major television programmes and at festivals (Taratata, D6Bels Award, Rock Werchter, etc.).

• World tour with Salvatore Adamo
• Drummer on The Voice Belgium – season 7
• Other artistic collaborations : Vianney, Quentin Mosimann, Slimane, BJ Scott, Bénabar, Typh Barrow, Saule, Jennifer, Christophe, Oxmo Puccino, Maurane, and many others.
