Vinciane Baudhuin successively obtained the First Prizes in Chamber Music and English Horn, as well as the Advanced Diploma in Oboe and a Meestergraad in Baroque Oboe in the class of Paul Dombrecht. She also perfected her baroque oboe studies with Ku Ebbinge at the Koninklijk Conservatorium de La Haye. Vinciane Baudhuin is active as a soloist, in chamber music, and in orchestra. She is a member of Bach Concentus (Ewald Demeyere) and La Petite Bande (Sigiswald Kuijken) and regularly performs with the wind ensemble Wolf, Les Muffatti (Peter Van Heyghen), Les Agrémens (Guy Van Waas), and Bachplus (Bart Naessens). In 2010, she founded the Quatuor DIALOGUES, which is dedicated to the performance on period instruments of the vast repertoire written for oboe and string trio during the second half of the 18th century. Vinciane Baudhuin is professor of chamber music at the Conservatoire Royal de Mons (ARTS²), adjunct instructor of chamber music at the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles, and teaches baroque and modern oboe at the Music Academy of Woluwe‑Saint‑Lambert.
