Musiq3 Festival – Closing Concert

October 4 2026 18:00

It’s a tradition! For its final concert, the musiq3 Festival welcomes the first-prize winner of the Queen Elisabeth Competition. This year, it is the Italian cellist Ettore Pagano who has taken the top prize! And it is with Gulda’s iconoclastic Concerto – which oscillates between classical, jazz and rock – that he will bring our edition of the Festival to a close, alongside the Brussels Royal Conservatoire Orchestra, conducted by Robin Engelen! The Academies of Walloon Brabant will once again be on hand to kick off this spectacular evening with their string ensemble, put together especially for the occasion.
