With Madrid and Spain as its theme, the 2027 edition of FestiVita! will take place from 10 to 14 February at the Cercle Royal Gaulois. The festival will welcome the young Spanish cellist Víctor García García as its artist-in-residence. The programme will bring together leading artists and ensembles, including the Orquesta Barroca de Sevilla, Cappella Pratensis, La Cetra d’Orfeo, Cantoría, Los Elementos, as well as the sopranos Gwendoline Blondeel and Ana Vieira Leite. Alongside the concerts, the festival will also offer educational activities, the ‘Première’ Competition for young ensembles, a banquet and a ball. Through music, heritage and festive traditions, this edition will invite the public to discover the richness and diversity of Spanish musical culture, from the Renaissance to the Baroque period.
