Grigory Kalinovsky is an internationally acclaimed violinist, praised for his artistic sensitivity and determination. He has performed in major concert halls and festivals around the world, both as a recitalist and a passionate chamber musician, collaborating with renowned artists.
A dedicated pedagogue as well, he teaches at the Jacobs School of Music and regularly gives classes at numerous international academies and masterclasses. His students have won major competitions and have been admitted to leading musical institutions.
He is also an author (ViolinMind) and a recording artist, with critically acclaimed albums devoted in particular to Shostakovich and Weinberg. Trained in Saint Petersburg and later in New York, he studied with distinguished masters before pursuing a career that bridges both artistic and academic fields.
