On 17 May 2026, composer Philippe Boesmans would have turned 90. He passed away in 2022 and was one of the most original and endearing composers of our time, known for his radiant and generous personality. He is, of course, best known for his prolific operatic works, but he also left us some beautiful chamber music and solo piano pieces. It is this aspect of his work that will be honoured by our students during a concert at the Académie royale de Belgique . This concert is part of a festival dedicated to his life and work on 12, 13 and 14 March 2026.
