Mesdemoiselles

These serious and drinking tunes by women composers echo a research project on the place and visibility of female creation in France at the end of the 17th century. From Mademoiselle Sicard, the first woman to be published in her father's collections, to Julie Pinel, the daughter of musicians and a recently rediscovered composer, this concert offers a musical stroll through a little-known Paris, that of women and their creation.
